INTRODUCTION
Welcome to Blackman’s Healing Hands (“we”, “our”, “the Practice”).
By booking a session, purchasing a treatment plan, visiting our physical location, or interacting with our online platforms, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by this Terms of Service agreement.
Please read carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
NATURE OF SERVICES
Blackman Healing Hands provides:
1. Body work and spinal adjustment sessions using Tit-tar techniques.
2. Physical therapy support
3. Naturopathic and herbal therapy guidance
4. Pain reversal programs for degenerative disc conditions
5. Lifestyle and postural coaching
6. Movement, mobility, and rehabilitation training
Our services are non-surgical, non-pharmaceutical alternatives designed to support natural healing.
We do not replace your medical doctor, specialist, or primary healthcare provider.
CLIENT ELIGIBILITY
By using our services, you confirm that:
* You are 18 years or older, OR accompanied by a legal guardian.
* You will provide accurate medical history and personal information
* You are not withholding information regarding past surgeries, fractures, chronic diseases, or medications.
* You understand that results vary by individual and are not guaranteed.
Failure to disclose relevant information releases the Practice from all liability.
BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking
* Bookings are made via phone, WhatsApp, website, or in-person.
* Bookings are to be made in full to secure appointments.
* Bookings should be done at least 24 hours before the session.
Payment
Payment must be paid in full before service.
Accepted methods:
* Bank transfer
* POS
* Cash
* Online payment gateways
Cancellation / Rescheduling
– Late coming (30 minutes into appointment) attracts a 15,000 fee.
– Booking before 8 am or after 6 pm attracts an extra charge of 15,000.
* Rescheduling/cancellation attracts a 15,000 fee.
* After confirmation of payment, processing your appointment may take up to 2 hours.
No-Show Policy
A no-show counts as a used session.
HEALTH AND MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
While results are often rapid and transformative:
* We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
* We do not diagnose diseases.
* We do not prescribe pharmaceutical medications.
* Chiropractic and naturopathic treatments are complementary therapies.
Clients should continue necessary medical follow-ups.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Blackman Healing Hands is not liable for:
* Pre-existing injuries or conditions not disclosed
* Reactions to herbs or supplements not used as instructed
* Injuries caused by ignoring aftercare instructions
* Continuing lifestyle habits that trigger pain recurrence
* Any medical complications unrelated to our treatment
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the session or package in question.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
1. Follow aftercare instructions
2. Attend sessions on schedule
3. Perform required exercises
4. Use supplements or herbs exactly as instructed
5. Avoid self-adjustment or manipulation
Failure to follow instructions affects results and voids guarantees.
REFUNDS AND GUARANTEE
We do not offer refunds on:
* Completed sessions
* Missed sessions
* Herbal prescriptions
* Digital consultations
However, if a session is canceled by the Practice, we will reschedule at no extra cost.
PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY
We respect client confidentiality.
Your health records will not be shared with third parties except:
* When required by law
* With your written permission
* In medical emergencies
We may use anonymized success stories for marketing with your consent.
RECORDINGS AND MEDIA POLICY
* Video or audio recording of sessions is **not allowed** unless approved by us.
* With your consent, we may take **before/after photos** or progress clips for documentation or marketing.
CODE OF CONDUCT
You agree to:
* Treat staff with respect
* Maintain cleanliness
* Arrive on time
* Avoid being under the influence of drugs or alcohol during sessions
* Provide truthful information
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these rules.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, images, videos, therapy protocols, and frameworks created by Blackman Healing Hands are **our intellectual property** and may not be copied, shared, or reproduced without permission.
TERMINATION OF SERVICES
We may suspend or terminate services if:
* You violate these Terms
* You display abusive or threatening behavior
* Your medical condition is outside our scope of practice
When required, we may refer you to another healthcare provider.
GOVERNING LAW
This Terms of Service agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

By signing or booking a session, you acknowledge that:
* You have read, understood, and agreed to this Terms of Service
* You consent to treatment under the stated conditions
